Grow and Protect Your Savings
The building blocks of most investment plans: growth through markets, stability through deposits and income through bonds.
Mutual Funds & SIP
Professionally managed funds across equity, debt and hybrid categories, with SIPs for disciplined monthly investing and support with KYC and reviews.
Worth checking: market-linked, so returns are not guaranteed. Compare the fund's risk level and costs.
Explore GrowthEquity Investing
Guidance on building a diversified equity portfolio through stocks, funds and ETFs, matched to your goals and risk.
Worth checking: equities can fall sharply in the short term, so invest only money you will not need soon.
Explore StabilityFixed Deposits
Bank and company deposits that pay a fixed rate for a fixed term, for stability and predictable returns.
Worth checking: the issuer's safety, rules for early withdrawal and how the interest is taxed.
Explore IncomeBonds
Fixed-income options from governments and companies that pay regular interest, as an alternative to traditional deposits.
Worth checking: returns depend on the issuer and credit rating, and bond prices can move with interest rates.
ExploreFor Larger Portfolios and Experienced Investors
These options can suit a part of a bigger portfolio. They usually carry higher risk or lower liquidity, so we look at them with you carefully.
Specialized Investment Funds (SIF)
SEBI-regulated strategies, including long-short, for investors who can commit at least ₹10 lakh.
Worth checking: SIFs can use derivatives and short positions, so they can be more volatile than mutual funds.
Explore AdvancedAIF & PMS
Portfolio Management Services and Alternative Investment Funds for investors with larger portfolios who want a more customised or specialised approach.
Worth checking: SEBI sets minimum investment sizes, and these products can carry higher risk, fees and lock-ins.
Explore GlobalGIFT City Investment
Invest in US dollars through GIFT City, Gujarat's international financial centre. Resident Indians use the LRS route, and NRIs invest without the LRS limit.
Worth checking: currency risk, the LRS limit and a different regulatory framework apply.
Explore AlternativeP2P & Invoice Discounting
Alternative, shorter-term options where money is lent to borrowers or used to finance business invoices in return for interest.
Worth checking: these carry credit and default risk and limited liquidity, so spread your exposure.
Explore AdvancedCurrency Derivatives
Contracts linked to currency prices, used by businesses to manage exchange-rate risk and by experienced traders.
Worth checking: derivatives use leverage, so losses can exceed your initial investment. Suitable only for experienced investors.

Investment FAQs
What investment options does VR Capittal offer?
We help with mutual funds and SIPs, equity investing, fixed deposits, bonds, portfolio management services (PMS), alternative investment funds (AIF), specialized investment funds (SIF), GIFT City investing, P2P and invoice discounting and currency derivatives, along with retirement, estate and succession planning.
Where should a first-time investor start?
A common starting point is a SIP in a diversified mutual fund for long-term goals, along with an emergency fund kept in a safe and easily accessible option. We help you choose based on your goals, time horizon and comfort with risk.
How do I choose between fixed deposits and mutual funds?
Fixed deposits offer a fixed rate for a fixed term and suit short-term needs and stability. Mutual funds are market-linked, so returns are not fixed, but they can suit longer goals where you can ride out ups and downs. Many people use both.
Are returns on these investments guaranteed?
Market-linked investments such as mutual funds, equities, PMS and AIF do not have guaranteed returns and their value can fall as well as rise. Fixed deposits and bonds have defined terms, but they carry the issuer's credit risk. We explain the risks of each option before you invest.
What is the difference between PMS and AIF?
A PMS manages a portfolio of securities in your name, and an AIF pools money from many investors into a fund. Both are regulated by SEBI and have minimum investment sizes, so they usually suit investors with larger portfolios and a higher risk appetite.
Do I need to complete KYC before investing?
Yes. KYC is required for mutual funds and most other investments. You can check your KYC status from our website, and our team can help you complete it.
